When I hired Mr. Marks, I was in the middle of a horrible post-decree battle with my ex over multiple issues; most importantly ones involving our children. I was looking for an aggressive attorney who was willing to fight for my family and me. I interviewed with many lawyers prior to speaking with Mr. Marks, (all of which lacked the qualities that I was looking for); upon our initial conversation, I knew immediately that he was the one who I wanted on my side.

He took the time to sit down and listen to my needs and concerns, and what I hoped to achieve when it was all said and done. He consistently made me feel like a priority and did not waste my time or money on meaningless issues that were not relevant to my case. He was upfront with me from the beginning, and throughout the entirety of my case; he informed me of what I needed to hear, even if I didn't necessarily want to hear it. I appreciated his honesty, more so than anything else.

It is rare to find a lawyer who is both genuine and compassionate; along with being exceptional at his profession.
