We were very excited to welcome Karma to the Marks & Chandler team in 2018. Originally joining the practice in a temporary support staff capacity, she quickly proved to become an essential member of the office family and was hired on a permanent basis as office receptionist; she gives anyone who enters the office a very enthusiastic reception! As you can see, Karma also helps out with the phones when it gets quite busy. Unfortunately, despite our patient and dedicated coaching, she has repeatedly failed her typing test, so her administrative duties are limited.

However, what Karma lacks in secretarial skills, she more than makes up for in client service. She is always ready to provide comforting snuggles and a calming influence to our clients during a very stressful time in their lives. She especially enjoys entertaining our clients' children while their parents are busy with paperwork and legal business.

When not working, Karma enjoys long walks in the neighborhood, helping her human out in the kitchen (especially cleaning up morsels that drop from the counter), and binge-watching Korean soap operas.
